Delivery Time

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on both your copy and the carrier’s delivery copy before signing.

  • Contact our customer service team immediately with photos and order details.

  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Ownership & Risk

  • All products remain the property of Paramedic Canada until full payment has been received.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Returns Related to Shipping

  • In cases where incorrect items are shipped, return shipping may be covered by Paramedic Canada.

  • For other returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer and may be subject to restocking fees.
