If the device is really defective, it is exchanged for the same model at no cost with INVOICE ONLY. Warranty of one year. Note that if the product proves not to be defective, it will be returned to you and transportation costs will be charged.

Saturometer and Tens

  1. Paramedic honors the warranties of this product. On the other hand, it is necessary to make sure that the problem is not only due to the battery. If the device is really defective, it is exchanged for the same model at no cost with INVOICE ONLY. Expired products

Inventory overage

  1. We do not trade for products that do not sell, inventory overage and others.

In the case of a restocking, we can help our good customers; however, these conditions must be met:

  • Transport costs assume by the customer.
  • Restocking fee of 25%

Orthopedics

  1. For reasons of hygiene, these products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable; we therefore ask customers to have their measurements taken at the pharmacy laboratory.
